Fishing Competition

Sunday 28th April 2019 Burns Fishery Tarbolton

The Annual Fishing competition of the PGRAC of Lanarkshire MW took place on 28th April 2019 at Burn’s Fishery Tarbolton. It was quite well supported with Twenty-one brethren and companions. There was a number of guests supporting the event from Ayrshire and Lanarkshire.

The weather was warm for most of the day but becoming colder later. Fish were not hard to find as they were rising all around us although they proved hard to catch.

An enjoyable day was had by all and I would thank the fishery for all they did for us and for lunch. We will be donating £50 to PGRAC funds.

The winner for the guests was companion S. Hamilton of Chapter 18.
